Product Update: November & December 2025

As we close out 2025, our focus has been on giving you sharper tools to protect your revenue and clearer visibility into your data’s health. This update introduces powerful new segmentation capabilities, smarter pricing insights, and increased transparency across our AI scoring models.

Here are the key enhancements for November and December 2025:

1. Strategy Report: Discount Analysis 2.0

We have completely overhauled the Discount Analysis tab to help you stop leaving money on the table. In a tough market, protecting margins is critical.

• Optimal Tiers: The updated logic helps you pinpoint exactly where your pricing sweet spot is versus where you are giving away too much value.
• Over-Discounting Alerts: Visually spot deals that exceed recommended thresholds, allowing for faster coaching interventions.

2. New Feature: Churn Segmentation

Understanding that you are losing customers is easy; understanding where and why requires depth. We have added a dedicated Churn Segmentation tab to the Strategy Report.

• Granular Filters: You can now slice churn data by Location, Industry, Company Size, and even Custom Account Fields.
• Targeted Action: Quickly identify if a specific vertical or region is underperforming so you can adjust your retention strategy immediately.

3. Enhanced Data Transparency & AI Scoring

Trusting your data is the first step to acting on it. We have made significant updates to the Utility Box Report to demystify how we grade your CRM health.

• Heatmap Completeness: The Completeness Score now looks beyond just Opportunities. It now factors in Accounts, Leads, and Contacts, giving you a true 360-degree view of your data quality.
• Clearer AI Scores: We updated the Insights Readiness visuals to clearly explain how scores are calculated, so you know exactly which data points are driving your predictions.

4. Misc bug fixes and performance improvements

• General stability updates and performance optimizations for faster report loading.
