Cien.ai Product Updates: April 2026
Welcome to our first major product update of 2026! We’ve hit the ground running this year with a suite of enhancements designed to make your GTM data more accessible, your performance analysis more granular, and your backend processing significantly faster.
Here is what’s new across the Cien GTM Suite and the TrueAI Platform:
1. Unified ADE & Insight Readiness Integration
Data is only useful if it’s actionable and trustworthy. In addition to the old Data Quality Summary, which showed you the state of your data quality and how much the TrueAI platform improved it, we now also show insight readiness. This means you know exactly where you have trustable insights and if there are any remaining data gaps.
2. Cien Agentic-Ready Reporting
This is a major step toward a fully autonomous RevOps assistant. We have updated default report behaviors by clearing static date slicers to allow Cien Agentic to take the wheel. This enables our AI agents to dynamically filter and navigate your reports based on natural language queries without filter conflicts. You can now ask complex, time-based questions in plain English (e.g. “show me growth rate for the last 3 years for the enterprise segment”),, and the platform will adjust the reports dynamically to provide the answer and show you how it filtered.
3. Enhanced Predictive Accuracy
High-growth teams rely on the Deal Maximizing and Opportunities History scores to know where to spend their time. We’ve implemented significant refinements to the underlying AI logic, resulting in more stable and accurate predictions for deal success probabilities. These updates reduce “noise” by weighting pipeline stage progression more effectively, helping managers focus on the deals with the highest propensity to close.
4. Inbound Marketing Funnel Precision
Understanding the “first-touch” is critical for calculating ROI. A refined correction to our 21-day first-touch cohort calculation ensures that marketing lead funnel metrics reflect a much more accurate picture of lead conversion performance. This allows marketing leaders to better understand the speed at which leads move through the top of the funnel, leading to more informed budget allocation.
5. UX & Navigation Improvements
We’ve streamlined the path from data ingestion to decision-making. The new ADE navigation layout and reporting flow have been redesigned to guide users through the analysis process visually. By highlighting where your attention is needed most and reducing the number of clicks required to find key metrics, we’ve made the platform more intuitive for both power users and executives.
