This June, we are thrilled to announce a significant evolution in the TrueAI Platform and GTM Suite, driven by a philosophy of “Simplicity on the Surface, Ultimate Power Under the Hood.” This month, our engineering efforts were concentrated on cleaning up user workspaces, hardening multi-tenant security structures, and giving super-users unmatched control over our rapidly expanding AI agent framework.

1. More actionable deal-loss analysis
   Customers can now better understand where deals are being lost, which loss reasons dominate, how losses trend over time, and whether loss reasons are properly captured. This makes win/loss reviews more practical and helps sales leaders prioritize coaching, process fixes, and pipeline interventions.
2. Deeper performance visibility across reps, roles, and groups
   The expanded Performance Metrics views give customers a much richer way to compare users, teams, and roles across 40+ metrics. Leaders can now see correlations, peer comparisons, rep details, and side-by-side metric views to identify what separates top performers from underperformers.
3. Improved Tactical and Management reporting accuracy
   Several report areas were tightened so opportunity stage, opportunity age, first activity, sales-team involvement, stakeholder timelines, won amounts, and conversion metrics better reflect reality. The customer benefit is higher trust in the dashboards and fewer manual reconciliations before making decisions.
4. Better Data Explorer experience for power users
   Saved queries are now organized in a tree view, primary DAX statements are preloaded, and the AI assistant can help explain, fix, format, and modify DAX. This makes it much easier for advanced users to explore data, create custom cuts, and validate insights without waiting on technical support.
5. Stronger “talk to your data” experience in Cien Agentic
   Chat sessions now handle report context, filters, datasets, uploaded files, session history, and tool execution more reliably. Customers get a smoother conversational analytics experience, with fewer lost chats, clearer execution feedback, and better continuity when moving between reports and chat.
6. Simpler setup, onboarding, and white-labeling
   The setup area now supports richer company setup, partner administration, logo uploads, user administration, white-label branding, contextual screen links, and clearer action buttons. This makes it easier to onboard new companies, partners, and management consulting deployments with less manual work.
7. More complete calibration workflows
   Calibration now supports creating sessions, uploading rosters, matching users, reviewing match results, manually reconciling issues, applying groups and roles, generating files, recalculating scores, and viewing clearer summaries. This helps customers get to trusted, calibrated insights faster, even when their source data is messy.
8. Clearer connection, sync, and processing controls
   Connection setup now includes status checks, quick queries for custom fields, clearer result grids, and simpler labels like “Sync Data” and “Transform Data.” Customers can better understand whether their data is connected, syncing, and ready for analysis without needing technical interpretation.
9. Growth Plans are becoming operational inside the platform
   Growth Plan pages, initiative tracking, data story details, stakeholder support, and imported historical growth opportunities are now being brought into the product. This moves customer value from static Word docs and presentations into a structured, trackable platform workflow.
10. Cleaner, more focused report navigation
    Several report pages were simplified by removing deprecated reference material, redundant filter panels, and cluttered headers. Customers now get a cleaner report experience where filters are managed through the context/chat layer rather than distracting page-level controls.
