Cien.ai Product Updates: January & February 2026
Welcome to our first major product update of 2026! We’ve hit the ground running this year with a suite of enhancements designed to make your GTM data more accessible, your performance analysis more granular, and your backend processing significantly faster.
Here is what’s new across the Cien GTM Suite and the TrueAI Platform:
1. Granular Revenue Type Modeling:
Our TrueAI models are now prepared for “Revenue Type” selection.
- Why it matters: In today’s B2B environment, “Total Bookings” only tells half the story. You can now prepare to break down visualizations by ARR, Cross-Sell, Expansion, or New Net Bookings. This enables RevOps teams to see exactly which revenue streams are driving growth and where to double down.
2. The Power of Correlation: Sort-by-Anything
Correlation is not causation, but sometimes it explains a lot… We have officially moved our Sort-by-Anything utility into its next phase. This tool is no longer just for viewing data; it’s for understanding it.
- Statistical “Geek Out” Tables: View Sum, Average, Median, and Standard Deviation for any metric.
- Correlation Scores: Automatically see how much a specific behavior correlates with actual bookings.
- Trend Visuals: Improved bar graphs and trend charts help you see performance shifts over yearly and monthly views.
3. New Skills & Behavior (S&B) Metrics
Understanding what happened is good, but understanding why is better. We’ve added new S&B scores for Work Effort and Time Management. By visualizing these scores alongside performance tiers, managers can identify if a rep’s struggle is a matter of “will” (effort) or “skill” (effectiveness).
4. More Predictive Intelligence
We are excited to introduce our first version of Booking Amount and Close-Date Prediction Models. By looking at your SSR (Sales Strategy Report) history, the TrueAI platform now provides estimated values and timelines for your pipeline, helping you spot discrepancies before they impact your end-of-quarter results.
5. Enterprise-Grade Sync & Reliability
Our platform team has been hard at work “under the hood” to ensure your data is seamless:
- ERP Integration: Full support for geocoding and syncing ERP products and order line items into your CRM view.
- Outlier Mitigation: Automated logic now filters out “noise” and extreme outliers in your booking amounts to keep your averages accurate.
- HubSpot Enhancements: Resolved stage-naming issues and sync date errors to ensure your HubSpot pipelines are always human-readable and up-to-date.
6. Platform Performance
The Relationship Builder (RB) engine received a significant revamp, resulting in a 20-25% performance improvement for Engagement & Effectiveness (E&E) processing. This means faster data refreshes and higher matching accuracy across all your accounts.
