As an Account Executive, your mission is to close opportunities created by our Sales Development group. You may have heard the expression, “selling ice to Eskimos”. What if you could do the exactly the opposite? That’s what selling Cien to Sales leaders is. Because we are the users of our own product, the Cien app, you will be able to give concrete examples of its benefits and success stories. You will also have access to cutting edge technology not available in other sales jobs.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, tenacious, thick skinned, and self-starter; someone that wants to keep growing their already successful career in sales. This position carries a quota and comes with a competitive base and commission structure that offers you great earnings and promotion potential. Be a part of the founding team, and bring your intense work ethic along with the desire to make an immediate impact.

- You have experience selling a software product.
- You have a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably selling B2B products or service.
- You are technically savvy and specifically skilled in CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
- You have excellent deal management skills.
- You love to take initiative and enjoy being challenged against ambitious targets.
- You have a creative mind and are not afraid to try new ideas.
- If you are business fluent in German or French, that’s a plus.
