This May, we are doubling down on “Actionable Coaching and Platform Reliability.” Our updates this month are designed to help RevOps and Sales leaders move beyond high-level numbers and into the specific behaviors and data-driven “whys” behind their team’s performance.
From a brand-new way to analyze lost deals to a more powerful, white-labeled Agentic experience, we are ensuring that the TrueAI platform is as robust as it is insightful.
1. Advanced Deal Loss Reason Analysis
Identifying why a deal was lost is just as important as knowing why one was won. We’ve added a new Deal Loss Reason Analysis page to the Tactical Report. By utilizing TrueAI platform fields instead of inconsistent CRM entries, this page provides a high-fidelity look at loss trends, stage-by-stage breakdowns, and total revenue impact. Leaders can now see exactly where the “leaks” are in their funnel with filtered accuracy.
2. The “Sort-by-Anything” Metric Engine
We have expanded our performance analysis capabilities to include over 40 metrics. The “Sort-by-Anything” tab now features a Coefficiency Correlation table—a visual heatmap that uses green and red indicators to show which rep behaviors have the strongest positive (or negative) correlation with revenue outcomes. This allows you to identify the specific habits of your top performers and replicate them across the organization.
3. Rep Details & Peer Benchmarking
To make 1:1 coaching more impactful, we’ve launched the Rep Details page. This dedicated view allows managers to drill down into a single user’s performance and compare it directly against their peers. We’ve also refined how skill and behavior scores are displayed, rounding them for better readability, so you can focus on growth trends rather than noisy data points.
4. Cien Agentic: Smarter, Faster, and Brand-Ready
The Cien Agentic experience has received a major upgrade:
- Deep-Linking: AI agents now generate server-side deep links, taking you straight to the relevant data within the GTM Suite.
- Session Reliability: We’ve fixed issues where chat context was lost when switching between screens, ensuring your analysis remains continuous.
- White-Labelling: For our partners, we’ve added full support for custom logos, brand colors, and product names within the agentic interface.
5. Backend Optimization & Integration Fixes
We’ve made significant “under-the-hood” improvements to ensure your data stays synchronized and performant:
- Auto-Renewing Tokens: We’ve resolved connectivity issues for Dynamics and HubSpot users with a new auto-renewal logic for authentication tokens.
- Engine Optimization: By removing legacy dependencies in our PySpark processing, we’ve increased the speed and stability of data refreshes across all accounts.
- Misc bug fixes and performance improvements
