In this month’s Product Updates, we are highlighting what’s new across Cien Agentic, GTM Suite and the TrueAI Platform.
1. Cien Agentic
Significantly improved multi-turn conversations so users can ask follow-up questions, add or remove fields, and change groupings without restarting the analysis or losing the active query, filters, report, or business context.

And continue the conversation in a chat session where you can ask specific questions and get custom analysis.
2. Cien Agentic, Reports & Data Explorer
Added Talk to this data, allowing users to move directly from a report or Data Explorer query into chat and continue analyzing the exact data they were viewing. Context is now more consistently preserved when moving between all three experiences.
3. Reports / GTM Suite
Improved executive reporting with an executive-summary-first Data Story, a clearer Company Snapshot, redesigned Segmentation pages, more accurate ramped-rep and active-employee reporting, and new ARR retention and growth measures.
4. Growth Plan Management
Expanded the Growth Plan experience with a functional landing page, a redesigned template editor, configurable KPI, Driver, Impact Value and Influencer formulas, live query testing, suggested actions, audit history, and more accurate Break-Even and ROI Club milestones.
5. Growth Plan Initiatives
Introduced an automated Growth Plan Scan that analyzes customer data, identifies key performance influencers, models improvement scenarios and ramp periods, calculates potential value, and generates an AI-ready initiative narrative.
6. Calibration & Company Setup
Made calibration more reliable and easier to complete through live source data, improved rep matching and reconciliation, clearer progress indicators, unsaved-change warnings, legacy-data backfills, and fixes for workflows that previously failed to start.
7. Platform & Integrations
Added support for remote MCP servers and connected applications such as Slack, with permission-aware OAuth and reliable tool execution. Agents can also provide permission-safe links to available agents, workflows, reports, and configuration screens automatically.
